Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Little Womb Photography . By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Image Download Timeline:

   • Once the selection images are made available, clients must download the images within 15 days. After this period, access to the images may be restricted.
      

2. Image Selection Timeline:

   • Clients are required to complete the image selection process within 90 days of the photo shoot. Completing selection within this time-frame ensures adherence to the standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for delivery.
      

3. Extended Image Selection:

   • If image selection is completed after 90 days from the date of the photo shoot, the new TAT for delivery will be 45 days from the date of selection.
      

4. Archiving Policy:

   • If image selection is not completed within 6 months of the photo shoot, all data will be moved to archived storage.

   • Retrieving data from the archive will incur additional charges.
      

5. Final Data Download:

   • Once the final data is delivered, it must be downloaded within 30 days. After this period, the data will be permanently removed from our drive.
      

6. Data Retrieval & Re-upload Charges:

   • If re-uploading of data is required post the download period, applicable data retrieval and re-uploading charges will apply.
      

7. Liability:

   • Little Womb Photography is not liable for data loss due to failure to download within the specified timelines.
      

8. Amendments:

   • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
      

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
